Variety of lovely food for meals. Updated units for the ceiling. Location short walk to restaurants, the lake, centre of town and train station and the city centre.

The location is GREAT and fantastic with public parking available nearby. Canottieri Lario, where you can eat dinner, is at a medium distance from the hotel. The superior king room is individual with the heating was n't working and a very comfortable bed plus bathroom.

This hotel is very sweet. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk into the centre square in Como so some may consider it a little "out of the way". This was not a concern to us as it is a pleasant and easy walk. We also found the staff very knowledgeable about what do do in the brief 24 hour stop over we had there. They recommended a lovely local restaurant that offered ambience at a good price. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Very clean and modern.

Delightful venue, fresh food, fantastic location very close to everything. Welcoming and nice room with an electronic key card, a work desk and a TV for a great stay. Hypoallergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern fittings and comfortable beds. The hotel also provided a very good quality breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.
Everything was just perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Nice clean room, lovely huge bathroom with large fluffy towels. Free parking directly outside the hotel, 10 minute walk to the lake/town centre.
Breakfast (which was included in the rate) was disappointing, very little choice. I also thought the hotel was very close to the lake according to all the maps but it wasn't.
